Piping networks and fire pump rooms
The hydraulic heart. Everything else — sprinklers, hydrants, cabinets — depends on flow and pressure existing here.
We design and install the complete assembly: dedicated fire water storage, main pump (electric or diesel driven), jockey pump, listed controller, suction, discharge, test header and the distribution network across the facility.
Pump selection comes from the calculated demand of the most remote system, with the curve verified at the three points NFPA 20 requires. Oversizing costs money; undersizing costs the building.
We install the main network in grooved, threaded or welded pipe depending on diameter and service condition, with calculated bracing and anchoring.
Where it applies
- Facilities where the municipal main cannot sustain demand
- Industrial plants and distribution centers
- High-rise buildings and towers
- Sites with a private hydrant network
- Replacement or upgrade of existing equipment
Other systems
Automatic sprinklers
Wet, dry, preaction and deluge systems under NFPA 13, with calculated density.
02Hydrants and hose cabinets
Exterior hydrants, fire department connections and equipped cabinets under NFPA 14 and 24.
04Detection and alarm
Addressable panels, detectors, manual stations and notification under NFPA 72.
05Special hazard suppression
Clean agents, foam and kitchen systems for hazards where water is not the answer.
06Extinguishers and signage
Selection, placement, recharge and signage under NFPA 10 and NOM-002-STPS.
Next step
Have a project, a pending inspection, or a system that no longer complies?
Tell us what the building is and what stage you are in. If we can solve it, we will tell you the scope and investment range. If we cannot, we will tell you that too.
