Engineering and design
The project is defined here. An undersized system cannot be fixed on site — it gets bought twice.
We start with what almost nobody reviews properly: occupancy and hazard classification. That produces the design density, the operating area and the required flow — and those three numbers produce everything else: pipe diameters, pump, tank and budget.
We verify the available water supply before proposing any equipment. It is the variable that most often derails a fire protection project mid-construction, and the cheapest one to confirm up front.
We deliver an engineering package a third party can audit: hydraulic calculations, layout and detail drawings, material specification by line item, and a test protocol. With that you can tender the work to whoever you want — even if it is not us.
