Inspection, testing and maintenance
Most systems that fail do not fail by design. They fail because nobody has opened a valve in years.
We run inspection, testing and maintenance (ITM) programs under NFPA 25 — the standard that defines what gets checked, how often, and against what acceptance criteria on water-based systems.
Every visit generates evidence: a signed log, test results, photographs and a findings list classified by severity. That file is what the authority asks for, what your insurer reviews, and what supports a claim if the day ever comes.
When an inherited system has original defects — unlisted material, insufficient coverage, a wrongly selected pump — we state it in writing and propose the correction with its cost. We do not sign off as compliant what is not.
